Abstract：The implementationof ecological environmentzoning control isof greatsignificance fordeepening thebattle against pollution preventionand scientifically guding various development，protection，and constructionactivities.Based on this，the environmental protectionand resourceutilization issues in the process of high-quality economicand social developmentin Zhoushancitywereanalyzed，andtheimplementationofecological environmentzoningcontrolwasanalyzed from the aspects of strictly adhering to theecological protectionred line，environmental qualitybottom line，esource utilizationupperline，and formulating anecological environmentaccesslist，providing technicalsupport forpromoting green development.
