Abstract： With the continuous advancement of information technology，intelligent management mode has gradually become an important wayto improve the eficiencyofforestresource managementand the level of ecological protection. Taking Shandong provinceasanexample，through fieldresearchand caseanalysis，the specificaplicationof intelligent management mode in forestresource management wassystematicallanalyzed，andoptimization strategies were proposed， aiming to providereferenceforotherregions topromotesmartforest management，improve thesientificity，accuracyand sustainabilityofforestresoucemanagement，and promotethecoordinateddevelopmentofcological protectionandresource utilization.

传统森林资源管理方法依赖人工巡查和经验判断，存在信息滞后、覆盖不足和响应不及时等问题，难以应对复杂多变的生态环境和日益增长的高标准管理需求。（剩余3954字）
