Abstract: Cu-In-Ga-Se (CIGS)thin film solar cels are widely used,and their waste contains about 20% copper element, it is necessary torecover metaliccopperfrom CIGS waste.The wasteis matured with sulfuric acid toformsoluble sulfates, whicharethen extractedand electrodeposited toobtaincopper metal.Researchhas shownthatwithanacidto materialratio of 2.5 and three-stage roasting,the waste can be efectively matured,and the dissolution rate of copper exceeds 99 % . When the liquid-solidratio is15,soaking thematured material in watercanobtain amaterial solution withacopper contentof (204号 12g/L . When the concentration of Lix984 extractant is 25% and the volume ratio of Organic phase to Aqueous phase (O/A) in the extractionsystem is2,thefeedsolutionissubjected totwo-stage countercurrent extraction,andthe extractionate exceeds 98.5% ,the reverse extraction solution is electrodeposited to obtain cathode copper with a purity of over 99.95% :
