Abstract： The fusion of multi-sourceremotesensingdata plays a keyrole inland monitoring，andthe fusion process involves data acquisition，preprocessng，and algorithm implementation.Taking Weishan county as the research area， methods suchas Intensity-Hue-Saturation（IHS）transform，principal componentanalysis，and wavelet transforareused to integrate Landsat-8and Sentinel-2satelite images，andanalyze the aplicationofmulti-sourceremotesensing data fusion in land monitoring. The spatial resolution of the fused image has increased by 30% compared to the original data，and the spectral fidelity has reached O.92.The monitoring accuracy of land use change in the research area exceeds 85%，providing data support for land resource management and decision-making.
