Abstract： Taking Tongdu street，Dongchuan district，Kunming city，Yunnan provinceas theresearchobject，thispaper analyzesthe current situation and existing problems ofrural domestic sewage treatment，explores the applicationpractice of high-tech environmental protection technology in sewage treatment，proposes the construction method of long-term mechanism forrural environmental water treatment，namely promoting the local applicationofhighandnew technologies and optimizing the operation and maintenance mechanism closely following the actual needs，inorder to improve he rural environmental quality and contribute to achieving the goal of green development.
