Abstract： With the increasingly severe problem of air pollution，monitoring PM2.5 concentration has become an important isue in the fieldsof environmental protectionand public health.Thisarticle studies the applicationof airsampling tube method in monitoring atmospheric PM2.5 concentration，with a focus on exploring its practical applications in urban air quality，industrialpoution，transportationhubs，andesidential environmentalmonitoring.Atthesame time，anin-depth analysis was conductedonthe monitoringaccuracyanddataanalysis methodsoftheairsampling tubemethod，andfactors afecting monitoring accuracy were explored.Improved methods wereproposed to enhance thereliabilityand accuracyof this method in PM2.5 concentration monitoring.
