Abstract: Three types ofnanofiltration membranesaretested for separation eficiency using wastewaterofdiferent water qualities to explore thefeasibilityof nanofiltration separation inzerodischarge wastewater treatment.The experimental results show that under neutral conditions,the nanofiltration membrane can efectively separate Cl Π- and SO4²-,and the retention rate of SO can exceed 96 % ; in acidic environments,the retention rate of SO by nanofiltration membranes significantly decreases,for the sodium oxalate sodium sulfate system,the highest retention rate of SO is only 44.37% , thefeasibilityof using nanofiltrationseparation islow,testshavefound thatthissystemcauses ireversibledamage tothe nanofitration membrane.Inacidic environments,theretentionrateof multivalentmetalions bynanofiltration membrane is stillhigh,therefore,nanofiltration membranescan treat multivalent metalionacidic waste liquids,achieving the purposeof waste acid purification and recovery of multivalent metal salts.
