Abstract： Under the backgroundof theconstructionof “waste-free city”，enterprises，asthe main sourceof solid waste production，theimplementationof its management work isof greatsignificanceforpromoting thesustaiabledevelopmentof the whole society.However，at present，some enterprises have problems such aslack ofcognition and lack of standardized management，resulting in low management eficiency，and even easy tocause environmental pollution and ecological damage.Basedonthis，this paper expounds theconceptof general industrial solid wasteanalyzes thecurrentsituationof solid waste management in enterprises，and puts forward the optimization measures of solid waste management，so as to better deal with solid waste and promote sustainable development of enterprises.
