Abstract: Inrecent years,China hascontinued to promote soil environmental governance,andtheecological environment hassignificantlyimproved,however,heavymetal pollution insomeareasof thesoil isstillsevere.Basedontheurrent situation of heavy metal pollution insoil in China,the enrichment mechanism of large fungi on heavy metalsare analyzed, andthein-depth research isconductedontheecologicalfunctionsoflargefungi inbioremediationof heavymetalpoluted soil.Large fungi effectively remove heavy metals fromsoil through their uniqueadsorption,transferand biochemical transformationpathways.Inthefuture,itisnecessary toimprovetheremediationprocess,enhancethetoleranceoffungi to heavy metalsthroughgeneticenginering technology,enrichthediversityoffungal species,search forfungal specieswith high enrichment ability,and provide technical support for soil heavy metal polltion prevention and control.
