Abstract： Inorder toboostthe economyand investment，acceleratetheachievement ofcarbon peakandcarbon neutrality， China has issued a series of relevant documents to accelerate the constructionof asystem for recycling and reusing waste materials.Basedonthis，this paperanalyzes theconstruction situation and promotion ideasof the waste materialrecycling systeminSheyang county，aiming toaccelerate theconstructionofthe waste materialrecycling systemand improve the level of resource recycling.
