Abstract： Natural resource surveys face complex information requirements，and multi-sourcedata fusion provides an efective method forintegrating multiple typesof data toaccurately graspresourceconditions.However，multi-sourcedata fusionfaceschallengessuchas inconsistentdata formats，semanticdiferences，inconsistentspatiotemporalenchmarks， uneven quality，and securityand privacy protection inthe appication process.Toaddressthechallenges，measures suchas establishingdata format conversion standards，coordinating semantic mapping，and constructingaunified spatiotemporal benchmark framework are proposed for reference.
