Abstract: To ensure the quality and safety of ready-to-eat food and to support sustainable development in the industry,thisarticleanalyzes thecorevalueoflow-temperaturestorageinthepreservationofready-to-eatfood,and discusses real challengessuch as high coldchain logistics costs,difficulty in temperature control,and high packaging technology requirements.The analysissuggests that these challenges restrict the full potential of low-temperature storage effectiveness,and recommends measures such as optimizing the layout of the cold chain network,applying intellgent temperature control technology,and developingadaptable packaging materials to enhance the economic viability and reliability of low-temperature storage for ready-to-eat food.
