Abstract: Foods with both medicinal and edible properties,as a special category of food with dual functions of nutritionand health care,face numerous chalenges in quality and safety control. Currently,the industry shows deficiencies in theconstruction of qualitystandard systems,traceability management mechanisms,and raw material quality control, which afect product quality stability and consumer rights protection.This paper systematically analyzesexisting problems,identifies keyrisk points inqualityandsafetycontrol,and proposes targeted strategies such as improving the standard system, enhancing traceability management,and strengthening thequality control chain. The aim is to establish a scientific and comprehensive quality and safety assurance system, providing theoretical guidance and practical pathways for the high-quality development of the industry andthe improvementof quality and safety levels.
