Analysis of the Sources,Health Risks, and Control Measures of Aluminum Contamination in Bird's Nest

Abstract: As atraditional and precious tonic,bird’s nest has always been a focus of public concern for its food safety.In recent years,the issue of excessive aluminumcontent in bird’s nest has gradually atracted attention. As a potential toxic element,long-term excessive intake of aluminum may pose a threat to human health.This article examines thesoures ofaluminum inbird’s nest,analyzes its presence and concentration,and proposes targeted risk management recommendations based on the toxicological mechanisms of aluminum. This study aims to provide a reference for the scientific consumption of bird's nest by consumers and related regulatory efforts.
