The Application of Metrological Verification in Food Safety Quality Control

Abstract: This paper focuses on the food safety and quality control issues existing in key nodes such as raw material weighing,process parameter regulation,and packaging quantity value verification,and explores the specificapplicationof metrologicalverification in these threeaspects,aiming to establish a practicalpath for value management thatis in line with the actual food production,to achieve the institutionalization of weighing instrument verification,the normalization ofre-measurement of process instruments,and the refinement of packaging equipment calibration,therebyenhancing thestabilityofvalue dataandthe precisionleveloffood production,and laying asolid foundation for ensuring food quality and safety.
