Risk Analysis and Prevention of Cross Contamination in Food TestingLaboratories

Abstract: Food testing laboratories are a key support for ensuring food safety,and the accuracy of their test results directly affects the scientificity and effectivenessof regulatory decisions. Cross contamination,as one of the main factors leading to distorted detection results,mayposea risk of misjudgment and affect the effctiveness offood safety control.This article starts from the workflow of fod testing laboratories,systematically analyzes the sources, transmission routes and impacts of cross contamination risks,and proposes targeted prevention and control measures from the aspects of spatial layout, sample management, equipment management and reagent management,aiming to improve the quality management level of food testing laboratories and ensure the accuracy of testing data.
