Abstract: In the field of agricultural product testing,manual testing is limited by subjective factors and efciency.The application of computer image processing technologycan effectively improve this situation,enabling rapid defectidentificationand location,providingquantitative datasupport,and enhancing thedegreofdetection automation.However,in practical applications,this technology isconfronted with chalenges such as significant differences in the appearance of agricultural products,diverse and ambiguous defect forms, external environmental interference,and poor adaptabilityof detection algorithms,which significantly restrict the improvementofdetection accuracy.To this end,this paper proposes aseries of improvementstrategies,including optimizing feature extraction methods,improving defect recognition algorithms,strengthening control in the image acquisition process,and developing highly adaptive detection algorithms,etc.The aim is to provide efective references for enhancing the accuracy of surface defect detection in agricultural products and promote the further development of agricultural product detection technology.
