Analysis of Causes and Solutions of Errors in Food Microbiological Testing

Abstract: To ensure the accuracy of food microbiological testing results and provide a reliable basis for food safety supervision,thisarticleanalyzes thekeyfactors thatlead toerrorsduring testing.Theanalysis indicates that testing erors primarily arise from four aspects: samples,personnel, equipment,and the laboratory environment. These measures include standardizing sample management throughout the entire process, strengthening personnel training and accountability,improving equipment calibration and maintenance systems,and optimizing laboratory environmental controls.These measures aim to provide a reference for reducing testing errors and improving food safety testing standards.
