Abstract:Referring to the QuEChERS method described in National Food Safety Standard-Determination of331 Pesticides and Metabolites Residues in Foods of Plant Origin-Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry Method (GB/T23200.121—2021),a mathematical model for the determination of chlorpyrixodes residues in celery by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem masspectrometry was constructed.The main sources of uncertainty in the determination process were analyzed,and each component was evaluated.The results showed that the content ofchlorpyrifos in celery poisoning was 0.037 6mg⋅kg-1 ,and the expanded uncertainty was 0.0040mg⋅kg-1 .The uncertainty of chlorpyrifos determination results mainly comes from the preparation of standard solutions and the standard solutions themselves,followed by the standard curve fiting processand the measurement repeatability process. However,the contribution of sample mass to the uncertainty can be ignored.
