Research on the Impact of Environmental Pollution on Food Safety and Its Control Strategies

Abstract:Food safety is a major livelihood issue related to public health,and environmental polution is becoming akey factor threatening food safety.The pollution of environmental media such as atmosphere,water,and soil enters the food production chain through various pathways,leading to the accumulation of harmful substances in agricultural productsand processed foods,posing potential risks to human health.This article analyzes the specific impactof diferent types of environmentalpollutionon food safety,explores the existing problems in current governance,and proposes governance measures from the aspects of legal regulation,technological innovation,and management coordination, providing ideas for building a food safety guarantee system from the source to the dining table.
