Abstract: Food inspectionand testing is crucial forensuring food safety,and its qualitycontrol is directly linked to public healthand market order.This article focuses onkey issues in food inspectionand testing qualitycontrol, including outdated technology,incomplete equipment, insufcient supervision,and uneven personnelcapabilities, proposes targeted countermeasures, including innovative inspection technologies, improved equipment management, strengthened supervision,and enhanced team building.This article aims to provide a reference for improving the quality of food inspection and testing and strengthening the defenses against food safety.
