Abstract: Food qualitysafety isan important component of public health safety,directly related to consumer health and social stability.This articleanalyzes thecurrent situationoffoodquality safety regulation in China based on the national food safety laws,regulations,and policy requirements,combined with the latest regulatory data and normative documents released bythe State Administration for Market Regulation.It also proposes targeted optimization strategies aimedat improving the precision and efciencyoffood qualitysafetyregulation,in order to provide feasible paths and practical references for building a modern food safety governance system.
