食品检测实验室食源性微生物快速检测技术研究

Abstract: Foodborne microorganisms are one of the significant sources of food safety risks.Achieving efficient and accurate rapid detection in food testing laboratories has become akey focus of the industry. This paper systematically reviews the principles,application features,and applicable scenarios ofcommonlyusedrapid detection technologies such as immunology,molecular biology,spectroscopy,and biosensors,providing practical and forwardlooking technical references and selection bases for food testing laboratories to meet diverse food testing needs.
