农村地区食品安全监管挑战及治理路径分析
Abstract: This article focuses on the issues of fod safety supervision in rural areas,analyzes the practical significance ofstrengthening foodsafetysupervision inruralareas,andsummarizes thechallengescurrentlyfaced by rural areas in the processoffood safety supervision,such as weak regulatory forces,insufficient standardization of productionandoperation entities,weak consumer awareness,and the absence ofsocial supervision. It also specifically proposes governance paths such as optimizing the alocation of regulatory resources,strengthening the full-process control of production and operation,and enhancing consumer literacy and the effctiveness of social collaborative supervisionare proposed,aiming to provide ideas for improving the level offood safety supervision inrural areas and ensuring food safety in rural areas.
