Study on Food Safety Risks and Supervision Strategies in the Food Service Sector

Abstract: This paper conducts a study on food safety issues in the food service sector. It first elaborates on the practical significance of strengthening food safety supervision in this sector,then analyzes the main food safety risks existing in the food service sector,such as safetyrisks ofraw materials,lack of standardization in processing operations,and inadequate control over environmental hygiene. Corrsponding supervision strategies are put forward in response to these risks,aiming to provide references for improving thefood safetylevel in thefood service sector.
