食品安全抽检存在的问题及改善措施

Abstract： Food safety sampling inspection is an activity conducted by food safety regulatory authorities in accordance withlaws andregulations，involving the sampling，testing，and handling offood products.Its esence is to ensure food safetyand safeguard the rights，interests，and health ofconsumers.Inrecent years，food safety issues have occurred frequently，reflecting that there are stillcertain deficiencies in the current food safety sampling inspection work.Based on this，this paper briefly analyzes the role and value offood safety sampling ispection，conducts analysis and research around existing problems，and proposes targeted improvement measures，aiming to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of food sampling inspection and effectively ensure food safety.
