Research on the Current Situation and Optimization Strategy of Food Safety Supervision in Online Catering

Abstract: In recent years,China's online catering industry has shown a trend of rapid growth,and online catering food has becomean important part of people's daily life.However,behind therapid expansionof the industry,potential food safety hazards have gradually emerged,and their regulation isues have atracted widespread social attention.This paper deeply analyzes the existing problems in the current quality and safety management of online catering food,and proposes corresponding management measures and optimization strategies,aiming to providetheoretical reference and practical guidance for improving the qualityand safety levelofonline catering food.
