Discussion on Problems and Countermeasures in Sample Management in Food Testing

Abstract: At present,there are deficiencies in the management of food testing samples in terms of information verification upon receipt, storage environment control,circulation traceability mechanism,and compliance with disposal regulations.In response to these issues,strategies such as standardizing the verification process of received information, strengthening the control of storage environment, improving the traceability mechanism throughout the entirecirculation chain,and formulating compliance management systems for disposal are proposed, with the aim of enhancing the quality offood testing sample management and ensuring the reliability of food testing results.
