食品企业生产各环节食品安全问题及解决策略
Abstract: To enhance the full-chain food safety management level of food enterprises and strengthen the public health defense line,this article focuses on the four core links of raw material procurement, production processing, packaging,and finished product storageand transportation in the production offood enterprises,and analyzes the specific safety isues existing in each link and formulate targeted strategies from aspects such as strengthening raw material control, intensifying production processmonitoring,standardizing packaging material management,and improving storage and transportation environment monitoring,to build a ful-chain risk prevention and control system.
