Abstract： The food safety supervision of gras-roots level is an important link in ensuring the food safety of the public.With thecharacteristics ofrapidand simplecharacteristics ofagriculturalresiduesin inedibleagricultural products，the rapid testing technology is ofremarkable value in gras-roots food safety supervision.Itcan shorten the testing cycle， meet the needs of instant screening;itcan simplifythe operation processto lower the threshold; itcan expandthe coverage，improve the testing efciency; it can reduce the cost of equipment， manpower and sample preprocessing，andoptimize grassroots expenses; itcanalsostrengthensupervision，achieveriskearlywaing，ehance deterence and improve public trust， provide strong support for improving the grasroots agricultural product safety guarantee system.
