基层食品农药残留监管面临的困境与经解路径

Abstract： At present， the supervision of pesticide residues in food at the grassroots level is constrained by problems such as insuffcient resource allocation，unsmooth coordination mechanisms，lagging traceabilitysystems， and lack of public participation，resulting in poor effectiveness in the prevention and control of pesticide residue risks.To this end，comprehensive measures such as optimizing the allocation of regulatory resources，improving the collaborative regulatory mechanism，building a ful-chain traceability system，and broadening public participation chanels should be adopted to break through the predicament of pesticide residue supervisionatthe grasroots level and provide support for improving the food safety governance system.
