Research on Rapid Detection Methods and Standardized Analysis of Antibiotic Residues in Food

Abstract: The issue of antibiotic residues in food has become a significant challenge to global food safety. Persistent antibiotic residues notonly affect consumer health but may also lead to the emergence of antibioticresistant bacterial populations,thereby increasing public health risks.Currently,rapid detection methods are gaining widespread atention as an efective means to address the problem of antibiotic residues in food.This paper reviews the curent status ofantibioticresidues infood,analyzes the advantages and disadvantagesofexistingrapid detection technologies,and discusses the progressand challenges in standardized detection methods.By comparing the applicationofdiffrent technologiesitvealsthedifrences insitivityaccuracyndonveienceamongriou detection methods.Furthermore,based on existing research, it proposes future technical development directions and standardized improvement suggestions for rapid detection of antibiotic residues in food.
