Abstract: Objective: To establish a method for the detection of polyoxin B in plant-based foods by high performance liquid chromatography-tem massspectrometry. Method: The acetonitrile-water solution (the volume ratio of acetonitrile to water was 80:20 ) was added to the test sample, the extraction was carried out by shaking. The extracted solution was purified by an HLB solid-phase extraction column quantitatively analyzed using the external stard method.Result: The linear relationship of polymyxin B was good within the mas concentration range of 0.5μg⋅L-1 to 100.0μg⋅L-1 , the correlation coefficient was greater than O.999.At the three addition level of 0.05, 0.10, 0.50mg.kg-1 ,theaverage recovery rate of polymyxinBinapples,tomatoes, cucumbers, spinach, rice, wheat was 83.6% to 101.3% , the relative stard deviation was 2.3% to 7.8% , the method quantification limit was 0.05mg⋅kg-1 . Conclusion: This method is simple to operate, highly sensitive accurate, is suitable for the determination of polymyxin B in plant-based foods.
