Abstract: With the increasing complexity of adulteration in meat products, multi-technology integration has demonstrated significant advantages in the detection of meat-derived components and has become a key research focus.The detection of meat-derived components involves multi-dimensional signals,including molecular, physicochemical,and informational data,making the constructionof integrated strategies crucial foraccurate identification. This paper focuses on achieving precise detection of meat-derived components through multitechnology integration,reviews the research progress of mainstream integration methods,and summarizes the characteristics and evolutionary trends of methodological systems,aiming to provide technical reference for the authenticity detection of meat products.
