Abstract: In recent years,the scale of China's meat products industry has continued to expand.With the upgrading of consumption,consumers’ demands for the safety of meat products are increasing day by day. Food safety has become the core issue in the development ofthe meat products industry.This article,through researchon multiple meat product manufacturing enterprises,deeply analyzes the current status of their food safety management, sorts out existing problems and puts forward operational improvement suggestions,aiming to help enterprises enhance their food safety management level and promote the high-quality development of the industry.
