Abstract: Food safety not only affects public health and safety, but also has a significant impact on social stability and sustainable economic development.As a key component of the food safety regulatory system, food testing technology plays an irreplaceable role.This article systematicall analyzes existing issues with food testing technology in food safety regulation and proposes corresponding improvement strategies.These measures aim to enhance food testing technology, strengthen the effectivenessoffood safety regulation,and effectively ensure public food safety.
