Abstract： In recent years， frequent occurrences of excessive heavy metal levels in food products both domestically and internationally have notonly posed serious health risks to consumers but also caused significant impacts onrelated industries，triggering a crisis of public trust in food safety. Against this backdrop，the importance of heavy metal detection technologies in food safety has become increasingly prominent.This paper focuses on food heavy metal detection technologies and conducts an in-depth exploration of their applicationkey points.The aim is to safeguard public health，strengthen food safety guarantees，and promote the healthy development of the food industry through scientific and efficient heavy metal detection techniques.
