区域食品安全智慧化监管模式创新路径

Abstract： With the advent ofthe digital economy，food safety supervision is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges.This paper briefly analyzes the challenges currently faced by regional food safety supervision，and proposes construction measures for aregional food safety intelligent supervision model，such as establishing aunified digital supervision platform，improving regionalcollaborative governance mechanisms，and promoting the in-depth integrationand applicationofartificial inteligence technology.Ialsoputs forwardkeytechnical pathsand implementation strategies for intellgent supervision，with theaimof effectively enhancing the effciencyoffood safety supervision and achieving a fundamental transformation from traditional passive supervision to proactive preventive supervision.
