“三小”食品抽检技术优化策略研究
Abstract: In the face of the increasingly complex food safety situation,conducting random inspections on‘three small” foods is one of the important means to ensure their food safety and quality.This article analyzes the problems faced by the sampling inspection of “three small” foods, including unclear classification of some products,limitations ofsampling methods,isufcient representativenessofsamples,anddiffculties in effctively implementing inspection standards, proposes optimization strategies for sampling inspection,such as strengthening the exemplary and leading role of producers of “three small’ foods,formulating reasonable sampling inspection plans,optimizing sampling processes, establishing unified sampling inspection and judgment standards, promoting the applicationof artificial intelligence detection technology,and enhancing risk assessment, to provide technical guidance for thesampling inspectionof"three smallfoodsand facilitate thehealthydevelopmentofthe“three small” food industry.
