Abstract: This paper briefly summarizes the principle and characteristics of liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry technology,reviews its application status in the detection of pesticide residues in various foods such as fruits,vegetables,grains,meats anddairyproducts,brieflyanalyzes the chalenges faced bythe applicationof this technology, and proposes corresponding improvement measures,aiming to provide a theoretical basis for promoting the application ofliquid chromatography-mass spectrometry technology in the detection of pesticide residues n food.
