Abstract: This paper adopts the method of online questionnaire survey to conduct an empirical analysis on the mastery level of nutrition knowledge and the implementation status of healthy eating behaviors among college students.The investigation found thatcolege students generally lack nutritional knowledgeand have insufficient understanding of areasonable dietary structure, which directly affects the implementation effect of their healthyeating behaviors. Only 34.0% of college students can have meals on time, and 52.0% of college students have regular eating habits.There is a significant correlationbetween the nutritional knowledge level ofcolege students and their healthy eating behaviors.It is positivelycorrelated with good behaviors such as eating on time,regular diet, intakeof fruits and vegetables,and balanced nutrition,and negativelycorrelated with problem behaviors such as the occurrenceof health problems and emotional eating.To enhance college students’nutritional literacyandcultivate their healthy eating behaviors,itis suggested that colleges anduniversities establish a systematic nutrition knowledge education system,increase the supply of economical and healthy food,and provide mental health counseling services,etc.
