Abstract： A method for the determination of low choline content in gummy gum matrix by ion chromatography was established by optimizing the sample preparation method.The results showed that the linear relationship was good when the mass concentration of the target substance was in the range of 0.200μg⋅mL-1 to 5.000μg⋅mL-1 ， r=0.9997 ，the relative standard deviation of precision was 0.06% to 0.33% ， the recovery rate of spikes was 92.73% （2号 to 103.10% ，and the solution was stable within 12h .The method is simple to operate and the results are accurate，and can meet the requirements for the determination of low content of choline in gummy matrix.
