大米碾米环节中碎米率偏高的成因与工艺改进对策研究
Abstract: A relatively high rate of broken rice during the rice milling process directly affects product quality and enterprise benefits.This article analyzes the rice milling processand the mechanism of broken rice formation, and explores the main reasons for the high rate of broken rice,including the qualityof the rice itself, processing equipment and parameters, processing technology and operation management,etc.In response to these issues, countermeasures such as optimizing the pretreatment of rice grains, improving equipment and process parameters, and strengthening operation management are proposed, with the aim of providing references for enhancing the quality of rice and improving the rice milling technology of enterprises.
