Abstract: Food safety is closely related to public health.As a high-risk foodborme pathogen,rapid detection of Escherichia coli O157:H7 is crucial for the prevention and controlof foodborne diseases.This article focuses on the rapid detection of Escherichiacoli Ol57:H7 in food,compares and analyzes the sensitivity and cost differences of methods such as immunoassyand molecular biology,and strives to provide abasis for method selection fordifferent detection needs.
