Abstract： Food safety is closely related to public health.As a high-risk foodborme pathogen，rapid detection of Escherichia coli O157：H7 is crucial for the prevention and controlof foodborne diseases.This article focuses on the rapid detection of Escherichiacoli Ol57：H7 in food，compares and analyzes the sensitivity and cost differences of methods such as immunoassyand molecular biology，and strives to provide abasis for method selection fordifferent detection needs.
