高效液相色谱法测定饮料中的乙醛含量

Abstract: To investigate the determination of acetaldehyde in drinks by high performance liquid chromatography, the samples were derivated with 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine for 40min in a 50% drying oven. The samples were extracted with n-hexane.The mobile phase was acetonitrile and water (the volume ratio of acetonitrile and water is 7O to 3O),and the samples were extracted with n-hexane and determined at 363nm The results showed that acetaldehyde had linear relationship with the chromatograph peak area in the mass concentration range of (20 0mg⋅L-1 to 2mg⋅L-1 ,with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 1,and the relative standard deviation of precision experiments were 0.49% 0 (n=6) ,and the recoverieswere 88% to 98% .The limit of detection was 0.02mg-L-1 , the limit of quantification was 0.06mg.L-1 .This method is simple, fast, highly sensitive,and reproducible,which is applicable to the detection of acetaldehyde content in drinks.
