Abstract： This paper briefly expounds the significance of strengthening quality control of selenium-rich foods， deply analyzes the currnt predicaments in the quality control of selenium-rich foods，such as lagging standard updates，great difficulties insupervision，and insufcient awarenessandcapabilityofenterprises inqualitycontrol， and puts forward targeted paths including dynamically updating standards， innovating supervision methods，and strengthening enterprises'awarenessand capability inqualitycontrol，aiming to efectively improve the quality control level of selenium-rich foods.
