Abstract： The migration of ink used in food packaging has become an important hidden danger affecting food safety.This paper focuses on the identification of risk substances in ink migration，path analysis and the construction ofamultidimensional evaluation model，and systematically analyzes the influence mechanism of material interface and environmental factors on migration.On this basis，a prevention and control technology system from source control，processcontrol towhole chain supervision is proposed，including environmentally friendlyinkresearchand development， printing process optimization and whole chain supervision mechanism.This paper provides a technical reference for ink migration risk assessment and control， which is of guiding significance for improving the safety assurance capability of food packaging.
