Abstract： This paper starts from the practical hazards of food additive abuse，analyzes its causes involving multiple factorssuchascorporate profit-drivenbehavior，insufficientregulatoryeffctiveness，andconsumercognitive biases，and puts forward targeted control strategies such as strengthening corporate responsibility， improving the regulatory system，and enhancing public awarenes，aiming to ensure food safety and promote the healthy development of the food industry.
