Abstract: Based on the importance of food preservation management, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current fod preservation management, including unreasonable technology application, insufficient storage environmentcontrol,andlowlevelofpersonel specialization,and puts forwardstrategies suchasscientificselection of preservation technology, improvement of storage environment monitoring system,and strengthening of personnel training mechanism,aiming to build an efcient and sustainable food preservation management systemand provide theoretical reference for the high-quality development of the industry.
