社区老年营养膳食推广中食品安全教育的作用与实践路径

Abstract： With the deepening development of an aging society， the health of the elderly has attracted considerable attention.Nutritionaldietand foodsafetyare keyfactors affecting the healthof the elderlyand require urgent attention.This paper aims to explore practical approaches to food safety education in the promotion of nutritional diets for theelderly in thecommunity.Through questionnaire surveys and field visits，this paperanalyzes the level offood safety knowledgeandactual needs oftheelderly inthecommunityanddemonstrates the importance of food safety education for the health of the elderly.Furthermore，specific practical strategies are proposed in terms of educational content design，innovative educational methods，the constructionofa multi-artycollborative education mechanism，and efect evaluationand feedback，inorder toenhance the elderly's food safety awareness， improve their nutritional diet，and promote the formation ofhealthylifestyles among the elderly in thecommunity.
